Cookie Policy

The short version
This website uses two measurement tools: Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel, to measure whether our own advertising leads to booked calls. Neither is used to sell or share your data. The details of each are below.
What actually happens when you visit
| Service | What it does | Cookies set on this site |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Measures how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, time on page, and roughly where traffic comes from. Data is aggregated; we look at trends, not individuals. | Sets first-party cookies (names starting with _ga) that distinguish one browser from another. Governed by Google's privacy policy. |
| Meta Pixel | Tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when a visitor who saw one of our ads books a call, so we can measure whether the ads work. | May set cookies (such as _fbp) and read existing Meta cookies. Governed by Meta's privacy policy. |
| Google Fonts | Loads the Lora and IBM Plex typefaces used across the site. This sends your browser's IP address to Google's servers, the same as loading an image from any external site. | None. Google's font service does not use cookies to track visitors. |
| Calendly | Only triggered if you click "Book a call." You leave arclynscale.com and land on calendly.com to schedule. | Cookies are set by Calendly on their own domain, governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one. |
Opting out
If you'd rather not be counted: Google offers a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics, Meta lets you manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings, and most browsers can block third-party cookies entirely without breaking this site. ArclynScale serves US dental practices; if you're visiting from a region that requires consent before these tools run and would like us to handle your data differently, email us and we'll sort it out.
