Who this policy covers

This policy explains how ArclynScale collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website and from anyone who books a discovery call. ArclynScale is operated by Bruno Almeida, based in Portugal, and currently runs as an early-stage, pre-launch agency.

What information is collected

ArclynScale collects information in two ways:

• When you book a call. Booking a discovery call is handled through Calendly. Depending on what you enter, this can include your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and the answers to any questions asked on the booking form.
• When you email us directly. If you write to contact@arclynscale.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

This website does not use its own tracking scripts, analytics, or advertising pixels at this time. See the Cookie Policy for details on the small number of external requests the site does make.

How this information is used

Information collected through a booking or an email is used only to:

• Schedule and prepare for the discovery call
• Respond to questions about the Founding Client Program or ArclynScale's services
• Follow up about a potential working relationship

Your information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. If ArclynScale ever runs its own marketing campaigns that involve this data (for example, showing ads to people who've already booked a call), this policy will be updated first.

Who this information is shared with

A small number of third-party services help run this website and the booking process. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Calendly, Inc.: handles call scheduling and stores the details you enter on the booking form.
• Google (Google Fonts): loads the typefaces used on this site. See the Cookie Policy for what this involves.
• Gmail / Google Workspace: used to send and receive email correspondence.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own compliance frameworks. None of them are permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes on ArclynScale's behalf.

How long information is kept

Booking and email information is kept for as long as it's useful to the business relationship, typically the duration of an active conversation or client engagement, and is deleted on request at any time.

Your rights

You can ask, at any time, to see what information is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Send a request to contact@arclynscale.com and it will be handled directly, typically within a few days. If you're in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, for example if analytics or advertising tracking is added to the site, the update date at the top of this page will change and, where required, visitors will be notified.
